How it Works
- ThirdHome is not a rental program; no money changes hands between host and guest, eliminating tax implications.
- Members earn travel credits called Keys when they make weeks available to other members. Keys are used to reserve other members’ homes.
- Higher-value homes and more desirable weeks earn more Keys.
- Fractional owners are only required to give 1 week every 24 months to book outbound exchanges.
- Annual dues of $295 are waived for the first calendar year of membership. Members join at no-cost.
- ThirdHome provides a $5 million host assurance plan.
