Grand Escapes offers a unique shared ownership model that gives you access to a portfolio of stunning luxury vacation homes, without the burdens of maintenance or full ownership costs.
How Grand Escapes Works?
Owners select from four investment tiers, providing 15 to 45 nights of annual stays within a Collection of luxury vacation homes in the best beach, mountain and city destinations worldwide while saving 50-75% annually compared to similar rentals. When the investment winds down, we will sell the properties, and, subject to appreciation, net proceeds will be distributed to you until your full investment is returned, plus 80% of any additional proceeds.
